Ah! Adorable. I’ll have to remember this for next year.

If you start now you have the time to knit an army!

Are you saying you don’t feel like an old-school but crafty all-nighter would be fun here?? Haha

Hahahaha…I’m gonna say…no.

@Annchen - true!

I love those little bunnies!!

Due to personal circumstances we unexpectedly won’t really be celebrating Easter this year so I also gave up on crafting. But there’s always next year. Maybe I’ll knit that army of bunnies!

We dyed eggs today! First time doing tie dye eggs. They were fun! And Dino wrappers of course.

That is a really sweet rabbit, @LittleCogs.
And those tie dye eggs are beautiful, @Abbeeroad.

Oh, hey there.

All you craftalong-ers check out the Peek Behind The Curtains Challenge! You don’t need to make something new to join in, you just have to (finally) share the things you’ve made already! WHAT!?

I started stitching a tiny Easter thing for the 2024 Stitchalong and I figured, that’s Easter crafting season officially opened!

The Thing I’m stitching is part of a series of four, and I hope to be able to stitch them all, as well as send out some Easter Happy Mail. We don’t have any plans for Easter (yet).

Looking at the Halloween Craftalong and now the Easter one… Oh, so many ideas!

My decoration skills are not very big to be honest, I have a more functional apartment than cozy, which Im trying to change. And one way to do so is by decoration, and getting inspired by @Immaculata 's seasonal shelf, Im gonna try that too.

Is it possible to make a Easter village, like you do at Christmas? A house for bunny and a house for chicken… I like houses, and I think that would look sweet, with other decorations.

I have never seen an Easter village before, but I like the idea! I can see a ton of possibilities.

Yes, you can make houses for Spring, even if it not specifically for Easter! I have one on my Pinterest list…I am going to make it fatter so that it stands up…

It might be overly ambitious, as I have a lot of commitments coming up in the next few months, but I’d really like to do at least something nice for Easter this year.

Any plans yet?

As Lent starts next week, it’s time to start thinking about Easter!

We’ll have a guest over at Easter who is from a different religious background and didn’t grow up in a country where Christianity is the main religion, so I’m not sure how familiar they are with Easter traditions. For me it’s extra motivation to put some effort into celebrating Easter this year according to the traditions we grew up with, including all the traditional food.

We’ll be decorating potatoes instead of eggs since they have not dropped down to 99 cents…

I would like to finish my niece’s bunny quilt and make a couple of fun things for the Easter baskets.

We’ll probably cook the free ham that we got at Christmas as that is part of our family tradition.
