There’s an update to Cabin Finger Painters thread here. Anyone can look to see what wacky Mad Libs letter our cabin members sent home! So far we have @Bunny1kenobi, @megwell, and @Mountains_and_Clouds. If you still haven’t joined in on the fun, please be sure to do so.
Prompt: July Camp Friends Team: Cabin Trailblazers Project Name: Starter Spellbooks Project Link:Link Brief Description: These are starter spellbooks to give away at Renn Faire
@Tapestry , cool to see a roadrunner! It doesn’t look too different from Kōlea, a native plover we have here! (Well, it’s native but also migratory and usually goes up to Alaska in the summer)
@saintcady Wow! You’re off and running! I love those flower cutouts, and those spell books each look so special!

We’re waiting for clear skies to get out the telescopes, but in the meantime, check out Cabin Stargazers for your Camp Horoscope! It’s for all Campers, so check it out and share your zodiac sign!
I feel like I was stuck putting off so many projects at the end of school that I’ve now exploded into full-crafty mode. It can’t last, so I’m enjoying it while I can!

Reminder about Postcard Club! There are 5 days left to send out your July card. Please respond to the polls at the bottom of this post when you send and receive! Nerd Games - Summer Camp 2025 - #6 by LovelyMiss
Brief Description: I used some yarn (rope!) to make this little stegosaurus! There’s a link to a tutorial video in the post. Also, I feel like I used to do those “excavation” find-things-in-a-tub-of-sand things. I don’t remember doing anything like that at camp, but my mom definitely set one up for a birthday party I had when I was little!
Is the idea that we’ll post photos of the decorated cards as we receive? 'Cause mine from @bluebird showed up today!

Good question! I was figuring, since we’re posting the cards we made as Zaps, that receivers wouldn’t need to post. If anyone thinks a different plan is better, chime in!
