It was way out of my comfort zone. I was inspired by a couple of the workshops in the Summer Creative Retreat by The Pigeon Letters (which I learned about via the Paper, Mixed Media, Art Journal Craftalong).

I made this as a gift for a friend’s birthday. It’s made of felt which I glued together to hold in place and then sewed. I attached a pin to the back but he can remove that if he wants to use it as a patch. It’s about 4" x 3"

I had every intention to use a pattern, I got one, but never even read it, I ended up winging it instead. started making a half circle, then made a ruffle around the base.
I then made some curly tendrils & straight tendrils
I’ve been meaning to say how impressed I am with how creatively everyone has used the July supply! I thought I was really pushing the boat out, so it’s nice to know my fellow campers are also extra
