Great question! I was a little torn on this one since it’s only a total of five items and technically, in our perception of the universe, we can’t knowingly be in two places at once. And then I realized this is NOT a real fair, I’m historically VERY up for making projects work for as many things as possible, AND I may want to see an animal-themed project made out of repurposed supplies.
So, to answer your question, yes, a project can count for as many of the Fair things as you want, as long as it is done in good spirits*.
*That means both be in good spirit and submit projects aligned with the spirit of the events.
Prompt: October - Ginger Spice Team: Don’t Stop Beleafing Project Name: Nerd Games Tracker Pg 1 Project Link:Notebook Pages Brief Description: I created this tracking page to track my Nerd Games progress (inspired by @AudiobookLover). It has lots of red. The design is inspired by a classic county fair poster.
Prompt: Free Range Team: Don’t Stop Beleafing Project Name: Nerd Games Tracker Pg 2 Project Link:Notebook Pages Brief Description: After making the first page, I realized I needed one for tracking the pin event items as well. Et voila. The design is inspired by a classic county fair poster.
Quick note, if you visit the project link there are clean images you can download for anyone who’d like to use the tracker pages. I’m more than happy to share.

I love how vintage looking your pages are! Also, functional! So sweet of you to share as well.
I think you also helped answer a question I had: For the monthly prompt, you can only use each one once for a total of 5 in October?
There are five monthly prompts that can be completed any time during the season. Every month also has a battle that must be crafted during the month it is issued. For that, choose a side of the battle and post which side you choose (example: October - Battle - Solo) for tracking purposes.
I’m going to update tracking right now (you can find tracking in the second comment of this thread). When you click on your link, you can see what you’ve done for the season. I’ll try to be better about keeping up on tracking.
Prompt: October - Scary Spice Team: Don’t Stop Beleafing Project Name: The Elf Meets The Cat Project Link:The Elf Meets The Cat Brief Description: This little cat figure was all kinds of rebellious. It refused to cooperate during the sculpting process, my first attempt at the elf was an utter failure, and the end result is a rather rebellious kitty who thinks the elf on the shelf should be the toy in her bed.
Prompt: Big Time (#1) Team: Don’t Stop Beleafing Project Name: Cosplay gun Project Link:Cosplay gun Brief Description:
A big cosplay gun made for the Labor of Love swap
Prompt: October - Posh Spice Team: Don’t Stop Beleafing Project Name: Steve, Devourer of Worlds Project Link:Monster Stuffie Brief Description: He may be tiny, but Steve was made using the good stuff: my stash of merino blend felt sheets. Sooooooooo posh and lovely compared to the felt you can buy at the craft store.
Brief Description: This project took a long time (at least 6 hours) because I first had to embroider the little ghost. Then I had to select several fabrics/components to get the size I wanted. I also had to prepare one of the fabrics into a frame around the little ghost. But, I love how it turned out.
Description: Halloween can be scary or it can be cute. I do a lot of scary decorations at my house, including a snake wreath, mummy doll heads, crows, and witches. For a change of pace, I made a few cute things. I just loved this free pattern of a cute little ghost. Originally, I was going to make something for my little niece, but I decided on something else for her.
I reversed the white ghost I used previously and put it on a black background to make another bag.
This one is larger and will be used to hold my yarn and supplies for sock knitting.
EXPERIENCE THE FAIR: Barns!
These are animal-themed, and here are three facts about native honeycreepers in Hawaii:
-There once were at least 51 known species of honeycreeper (a group of bird species endemic to forests Hawai’i).
-Less than half of honeycreeper species remain in existence, due to habitat loss, climate change/avian malaria, non-native invasive species, and non-native predation.
-Many honeycreeper species evolved with the foods they eat, so some birds have beaks that are the same size and shape as the flowers they drink nectar from.

Not only are they fabulously done, I learn so much from you! You live in a place with so much unique and abundant species of animals and plants. I love your native projects and can’t wait to see more!
Brief Description: Red is one of my favorite colors. I am drawn to it in so many projects that I like to do. I used a lot of red in this mixed media piece.
