Brief Description: I had raffia on my bingo card. Inspired by raffia figurines in craft books from the 1970s, I went looking for tutorials on how to make raffia animals and found a video. I mostly followed it. Heh.

It’s so much fun! My problem is that one batch of paste makes way more paper than I can use in a reasonable time, so I’m still working my way through the pile I made last summer and I really want to make some more.

Brief Description: A dear friend’s mom just had a stroke. When I asked what I could do to help, she said mom could use some low-sodium meals. So I made a giant double batch of low-sodium Bolognese Sauce for her. I froze 8 pints for dinners, then I used the rest to cobble together these Ravioli Lasagnes.
