@gozer Great job hemming those pants!! I have to admit, even after years of crafting, it usually doesn’t even occur to me that I could theoretically make simple alterations myself… I really admire people who are resourceful enough to do it! Bet those are comfy!

I’m not sure I understand how those covered paperclips work, but I really love the vintage collage look you’ve got going with them!
@Tapestry That piece of art is so pretty! I have to admit, I struggle with abstract stuff; it’s really hard for me to just make pretty shapes and patterns, and I usually overwork stuff when I try. Yours looks so effortless and natural and really beautiful! Love it!
And those monsters are SO CUTE! I think the lower right one is my favorite. The background for them is really pretty too.

Brief Description: This pasta salad was made with corn, chicken, pickled jalapeños, and 2 barbecue sauces (1 regular and 1 spicy). The chicken was dry and I added too much of the spicy bbq sauce, so overall, I can’t say that I really enjoyed this one.

In shouldn’t have been particularly stressful to make, however, my sewing machine needle broke on the thick paper and caused some ISSUES (that required some machine trouble shooting. Oops.). Does that count as hair-raising? At least it was for a junk journal so the wonky stitching was fine, and I covered it up with a bingo card on the back, lol.

Brief Description: LittleBookLover enjoys playing certain ‘games.’ One of the games is to point to the wolves pictured on this pajama shirt that he had outgrown and have me (or my husband) make a wolf sound. Another one of the games he loves is to have us put something in a bag so he can take it out and have us put back in the bag and repeat. So, I decided to turn the shirt into a bag. Now he can have the best of both worlds with these in-person games.
