This month-long monster craftalong is for monsters of all types/kinds. Whether you like movie monsters, cute monsters, scary monsters, little monsters, big monsters, sewn monsters, crocheted monsters, painted monsters, monster ATCs, etc. this is the place to show them off.
Anyone who creates a monster related post and mentions it here in this craftalong during the month of May 2025 is eligible to win the prize pack pictured below from @gozer and @Kwality570

Two simple rules to get an entry into the prize drawing:
Create a post for your project with the LC category boards.
Post that same project within this Monster Jam thread and link it back to the individual thread.
My first submission is the festive little monster that I painted as a prize. The canvas is only 3x3. It could easily be turned into a magnet. It was really fun to just paint without restraint.
I also created some 4x4 Cryptids. They are Bigfoot, Jersey Devil, Goatman, and Mothman.
I am not sure if I am going to hang them in my office during Halloween or post them in STS. We shall see!
