This round will be similar to our past rounds. You can join at any time. You can post every day, or only once - it’s all up to you.

This month-long monster craftalong is for monsters of all types/kinds. Whether you like movie monsters, cute monsters, scary monsters, little monsters, big monsters, sewn monsters, crocheted monsters, painted monsters, monster ATCs, etc. this is the place to show them off.

My first submission is the festive little monster that I painted as a prize. The canvas is only 3x3. It could easily be turned into a magnet. It was really fun to just paint without restraint.

I also created some 4x4 Cryptids. They are Bigfoot, Jersey Devil, Goatman, and Mothman.
I am not sure if I am going to hang them in my office during Halloween or post them in STS. We shall see!

The glazing of the eyes adds so much.

I always glaze the eyes if possible on any sculpture! It adds so much with just the tiniest bit of effort, like adding white highlights on 2d art.
