Ooooh Iโm totally gonna try making some old victorian-style baked goods this year so one of those will probably be what Iโll enter in.
Lol although last time I attempted Victorian baking I failed miserably. I made an orange chocolate steamed pudding and it was not solidโฆ At all. Still tasted really good though. Lmao
Omg yesss. I love vegetable Wellington. I made it last year for our xmas. It was great. This year Iโm relaxing, though, and just cooking up a Trader Joeโs vegan roast. Lol
Iโm so sad my kitchen is all packed up. No cooking anything extravagant for me right now! Oh well, perhaps I can bake something while at my in-laws for Christmas or maybe weโll even find a new home before New Years.
I am heading South for Thanksgiving tomorrow, so Iโll leave my well-wishes here for those who might also be celebrating. Hope to see some lovely bakes in the coming weeks!

Here is a recipe perfected with a dear friend over years and years of playing cards at least once each week. Our boys were in scouts together and weโd go to each otherโs houses for games and snacks after their meet-ups. Sweet memories.
